NSHS is home to two accredited schools that together cover the full breadth of primary and allied health sciences training in Uganda.

An advanced pharmacy programme covering pharmaceutical sciences, clinical pharmacy, drug management, regulatory affairs, and hospital pharmacy practice under the Uganda Pharmacy Board.
All programmes are fully recognised by the Ministry of Education & Sports (MOES), UHPAB, TVET and NCHE.
70% of training is hands-on practical in skills labs and real clinical settings — preparing students for immediate deployment.
Students access 5+ health facilities for clinical practicum including Nebbi General Hospital and community health centres.
